New Plots along Upper Rio Negro

Mar-April 2019 staff of INPA and KIT led an expedition to the upper Rio Negro and established 8 half-ha plots in Igapo forest.

During the plot establishment students of Brazil and Germany were trained in tropical forest ecology, plot establishment, tree ecophysiolology and seedling ecology.
